1. Information We Collect

When you use Rumble, we collect the following information:

  • Account credentials: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for the advertising platforms you connect (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). These are encrypted at rest.
  • Ad account identifiers: Platform-specific account IDs necessary to manage your campaigns.
  • Campaign data: Campaign configurations, targeting parameters, ad copy, and performance metrics retrieved from your connected platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on your behalf across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Retrieve and display campaign performance data so you can make informed decisions.
  • Authenticate with third-party advertising platforms using your authorized credentials.

3. Data Storage and Security

All OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database. We use Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL) for data storage with encryption in transit via TLS. We do not store your platform passwords. Authentication is handled entirely through OAuth 2.0 flows provided by each platform.

4. Third-Party Services

Rumble integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

  • Meta Marketing API for Facebook and Instagram ad campaign management.
  • Google Ads API for Google search ad campaign management.
  • LinkedIn Marketing API for LinkedIn sponsored content campaign management.
  • Anthropic API for AI-powered campaign planning and optimization.
  • Supabase for secure data storage.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them for details on how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your OAuth tokens and account identifiers for as long as your platforms remain connected. When you disconnect a platform, we immediately delete the associated tokens from our database. Campaign data retrieved from platforms is not permanently stored by Rumble and is fetched on demand.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Disconnect any platform at any time, which immediately revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.
  • Request deletion of all your data by contacting us.
  • Access information about what data we store about you.

7. Cookies

Rumble does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on its application. We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management.
